We reached out to our social media fans to poll your favorites out of our case. These are the most requested Truffles and Bon Bons so you know they’re a safe bet. People’s interests change throughout the year so this box might evolve too!

• Cardamom Chocolate Truffles
  A farmer’s market customer brought us cardamom seeds and requested we try using it for our truffles. Magic happened! This spice blends smoothly with our 60% dark chocolate, giving it a comforting aromatic sense. It quickly became a fan (and family) favorite and even won awards!
  
• Espresso Chocolate Truffles
  Magnolia Coffee Co. here in Charlotte creates all of our cafe blends and their classic espresso goes great in our chocolate truffles.
  
• Extra Dark Chocolate Truffle
  When you take a rich, bold, and beautiful 81% chocolate from Tcho and craft it into a chocolate truffle you find a dark confectionery dream. Dark chocolate need not be bitter. Bold, flavorful, deep--yes!
  
• Cinnamon Roll Bon Bon
  Cassia Cinnamon, Cream Cheese & Brown Sugar layered in a Milk Chocolate shell. Yumm-o!
• Strawberry-Balsamic Bon Bon
  A strawberry shaped dark chocolate shell holds our strawberry preserve mixed with white chocolate and a hint of aged sweet balsamic.
