How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?

We monitor weather conditions nationwide and pack orders in insulated containers with cold packs when temperatures exceed 70 degrees. We also recommend selecting expedited shipping for warmer climates.

Are your chocolates suitable for those with nut allergies?

While we offer many products without nut ingredients, all of our chocolates are handcrafted in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any product is 100% allergen-free.

What is the shelf life of your truffles and bonbons?

Because we use fresh cream and no artificial preservatives, our truffles are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 weeks of delivery. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?

Absolutely. You can add a custom message during the checkout process, which we will hand-write or print on a premium card to include with your gift.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses to ensure our chocolates arrive fresh and in optimal condition.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
