We're all coffee lovers at The Secret Chocolatier. While we haven’t quite mastered panning our own espresso beans (yet!), we teamed up with Magnolia Coffee Company to create this irresistible chocolate bark.
We start by caramelizing organic Madagascar cacao nibs at 305°F, enhancing their roasted chocolate flavor with just a touch of sweetness and a delightful crunch. We apply the same caramelization process to crushed espresso beans, adding another layer of sweetness and depth.
Next, we fold ladles of 55% chocolate over this rich blend of cacao nibs and espresso beans, then spread it as thinly as possible to craft this exceptional treat.
At The Secret Chocolatier, we continuously fine-tune our recipes to ensure they meet the highest standards. Based on ongoing feedback from our tastings, we’ve adjusted the balance between the cacao nibs and espresso to ensure a harmonious flavor profile that appeals to a wide range of palates.
